Cards collect the most
Whores and hustlers nearly the same amount but whores collect a little more.
Bootleggers are useless

but the ratio of whores to card dealers make card collecting kind of useless.

Hustlers: ~$11 per hustler per turn
Whores: ~$14 per whore per turn
Card dealers: ~$18 per dealer per turn

as SOE said, bootleggers and punks are utterly useless :P

Well what I do is your ops are whacked by lowest making first so if you build through card dealers and whores and your ops go your whores go first so you just build through card dealers
