Well first of all someone have to send you invite then you have to go and accept it. I will tell you the path how to come and accept it. Follow the steps: Go to Mailbox then invites then click to view then click to join. All letters are in red.

you should have some spare turns in your reserve located on the menu screen..if you want more either wait till they build up like every 9minutes or something or buy
