    THE MAFIA BOSS GAME UPGRADES AND ADDON’S 2015


    Hello Everyone, So here is the close to final draft of the game upgrades plan. It's slightly complex to read but please discuss openly. No trolls, we will just observe your comments.

    We plan to have this done by August/September 2015


    OVERVIEW:

    - Provide Various NPC environment challenges to players
    - Attack Family and Union bank options
    - Improve family and union rules and tools
    - Revise player turns and subscriptions amounts
    - General tweaks



    1: CREATE NPC ENVIRONMENT


    NPC [NON PLAYER CONTROLLED/GAME GENERATED ACCOUNT] DESCRIPTION BY TYPE [THERE IS 3 “TYPES”]

    Type “A” – NPC
    - Startup: 1 billion cash, 10k hitmen and hustlers, 100 ak’s, 500 Uzi’s, 1000 shotguns, 5000 glocks, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same, no kill points
    - Replenish cash every 4 hours [chron job every 4 hours to add startup inventory plus existing assets]
    - Startup INV: 1 billion cash, 10k hitmen and hustlers, 100 ak’s, 500 Uzi’s, 1000 shotguns, 5000 glocks, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same

    Type “B” - NPC
    - Startup INV: 2 billion cash, 100k hitmen and hustlers, 100k ak’s, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same, 100K kill points
    - Replenish cash every 4 hours [chron job every 4 hours to add startup inventory plus existing assets]

    Type “C” - NPC
    - Startup INV: 4 billion cash, 200k hitmen and hustlers, 200k ak’s, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same, 200K kill points
    - Replenish cash every 4 hours [chron job every 4 hours to add startup inventory plus existing assets]


    TOTAL NPC ACCOUNTS ADDED TO GAME

    100 - SINGLE PLAYER NPC accounts - Type “A” only
    2 families of 10 accounts - Type “A” , Type “B” AND Type “C”
    2 x Unions of 2 families x 10 members each - Type “A” , Type “B” AND Type “C”


    TOTALS:

    148 TYPE “A”
    6 X Type B
    6 x Type “C”

    NPC SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    - NPC account stops generating value with 24 hours left in the round
    - NPC accounts, Families and Unions can out-rank players, families and unions [you got to continuously attack them to keep their networth down]



    1ST NPC ADD ON: 100 x TYPE “A” NPC’s ADDED TO THE ROUND: [cash rewards only]

    - 100 NHPC [Non Human Player] accounts populate the game
    - All released at round start in the first 12 hours
    - Startup: 1 billion cash, 10k hitmen and hustlers, 100 ak’s, 500 Uzi’s, 1000 shotguns, 5000 glocks, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same
    - All SINGLE player NPC accounts replenish cash every 4 hours m
    - Money remaining in inventory adds to cash on hand
    - Human Players can gain networth via attacking these ACCOUNTS
    - NPC account stops generating value with 12/24 hours left in the round


    2nd NPC ADD ON: FAMILY/UNION NPC TEAMS ADDED TO THE ROUND: [Cash and Kill point’s rewards]

    2 x NPC families of 10 automated to start up
    2 x NPC Unions incorporating 2 x families of 10 in each union
    8 x Type “A”
    1 x Type “B”[FAMILY AND UNION CONSIGS]
    1 x Type “C” [FAMILY BOSSES AND UNION DONS]


    - Stops generating value with 12/24 hours left in the round
    - NPC Family keeps increasing family networth AND DISPLAY on family ranks AS A RANKING FAMILY OR UNION
    - Cash remaining in NPC family member accounts in goes to NPC family bank EVERY 8 HOURS

    2: ATTACK FAMILY AND UNION BANK


    2ND UPGRADE: ATTACK FAMILY BANKS:

    - Add ATTACK UNION and/or FAMILY BANK LINK/BUTTON to family/unions pages display[will link to that family or union BANK Page – with an option to attack the family bank
    - NPC Family banks can be attacked every 4 hours
    - Remove individual player personal safebox, all individual player cash is kept on hand
    - Players can deposit up to 100% of all cash on hand into family or union bank
    - Players can only remove what they put into family or union bank
    - Players can transfer cash to each other in same family or union
    - FAMILY BOSS and CONSIGLIERE can draw the full amounts at anytime from FAMILY Banks
    - UNION DON/UNION CONSIGLIERE can draw all UNION Cash


    3: IMPROVE FAMILY AND UNION RULES AND TOOLS



    3RD UPGRADE AND TWEAK: REVISE FAMILY AND UNION RULES, TOOLS AND TWEAKS

    - You can only join, leave and rejoin one family per round: Once you join a family, you can leave and rejoin ONLY that same family again if you get an invite
    - Time restraints to join a family removed
    - Only players in families or unions can win tier ranks
    - The Family boss and consig, and Union DONS and consigs can permanently remove players from family or union
    - UNIONS Can rank 30 union members or 50% of union members if over 62 union members

    4: REVISE PLAYER TURNS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS AMOUNTS


    4TH UPGRADE: PLAYER TURNS AND SUBSCRIPTION REVISIONS

    FREE PLAYERS:
    7,500 turns every 16 hours
    7,500 Turns start with 7,500 turns max build up

    LEVEL: 2 SUB – Cost - TBC
    10,000 turns every 16 hours
    10,000 Turns start with 10,000 turns max build up

    LEVEL 3 SUB – Cost - TBC
    15,000 turns every 16 hours
    15,000 Turns start with 15,000 turns max build up

    LEVEL 4 SUB – Cost - TBC
    20,000 turns every 16 hours
    20,000 Turns start with 20,000 turns max build up

    5: GENERAL TWEAKS


    5TH UPGRADE: OTHER RULES TWEAKS:

    - Players will always have $20,000,00 safebox which cannot be transferred [no zero networth players in the game]
    - Revenge attacks count everywhere, open season, no turns cost
    - All players Startup: 1 billion cash, 10k hitmen and hustlers, 100 ak’s, 500 Uzi’s, 1000 shotguns, 5000 glocks, narcotics and planes and cars remain the same, no kill points
    - Create PLAYER tool to turn OFF incoming mail – prevent round end mail spam [ONLY ADMIN CAN MESSAGE]
    - Revise Player Referrals –[TBC]
    - Union medals

    Why can only people in a family/union rank in a tier?
    You should give loners who like to loot a chance to get some ranks in if they like being themselves

    To hit a family/union bank, what needs to be done?
    Just hit them?

      I agree. Solo players should be allowed to rank in tiers... even though most spots will be filled with family/ union ranked players some solo players are just good enough to make it in the top 10 and earn themselves some credits.

        To be a loaner looter would be hard since they are doing away with your personal bank vault.
        No way for a solo player to keep their cash safe.......I think.
        I thought KP's were going away.
        Is it just NPC fams you can hit as a family, or all family's/unions?

            It all sounds good. Im not sure how attacking family banks is gonna work. Was it explained? Did I just not understand. I like that the subs and free players are more balanced. I like how revenge doesn't cost turns. I like that you can join and rejoin same family as you please. That way us single.familes can max each other like the unions do.

              1.) Create a NCP Environment

              Excellent IDEA!
              This will surely bring activity back into the game, especially looting.
              Right now its a game of out collecting each other. Not a game of strategy to out rank each other.


              2.) Attack Family and Union Bank

              Same as above statement. It will bring an active environment. Not to mention family boss and consigliere withdrawing the FULL AMOUNT.....thats exactly what this game needed.
              I can't tell you how any times its been EOR and I am relying on someone to show up because they have $500 billion in their safe box. That won't be a problem anymore.


              3.) Improve Family and Union Rules and Tools

              The last 2 points are the most important points that I feel the community wanted the most. I have no complaints from here


              4.) Revise Player Turns and Subscription Amounts

              Its about time!

              Like really, going level 2 and level 3 is too easy
              I believe it should take a little more credits to go those levels. Right now a players can add 1000 and get sent 1.2 trill to take level 2 gold easy. The credit payout is unbalanced compared to other levels IMO.

              5.) General Tweaks
              REALLY?!?!
              TURN OFF INCOMING MAIL?!?!
              Thats not what we wanted. Its sounds like a nice idea but this is what we wanted

                A loner can create a fam on his own to be able to rank. This will probably be needed since there is no personal safebox.

                I hope hitting banks wont be to easy. I like the option but it is also good to make it hard for people to do (lot of turns?)

                Ranking half the union is the option that doesnt work for me. The unions already have an advantage for tiers because they have more people. Now they will gain more creds to help them out even more. I would stick with the 30 it is now

                      Surely it can't just be 'open season' on fam banks.

                        How about no kill points for hitting your own family but you can zero them?

                          What is being done as far as social media/promotion for the game? Honestly I don't care what the specific rules are. I just want the old numbers in the game and I think many people are still here hanging onto the hope that could happen one day.

                          I'm still here because I hope that one day things will go back to the old glory days.

                            we will only get big numbers back to the game if we have engaging game-play that players like, keeps them here and that works as a sustainable business model. All the advertising in the world won't and cannot help that

                            this is what these new add ons is all about, trying to bring back a lot of elements of the old game play in a way that hopefully can work to make everyone happy.

                              The banks will need to be maxed by a player every few hours...so the "TOH" for family and union banks will be different/take longer before attacks open up on it and we would also relax the range restrictions on it and give a union or family sufficient time to max it.

                              So as an e.g - it may need maxing every 3 and 5 minutes hours, any family member can max it, if it doesn't get maxed a hit opens up every 3 hours for union and every 4 hours for family banks...so its not open season but [players need to be active to keep it maxed or you get robbed
