User Can now use credit and selected visa debit cards to buy subscriptions

Hi Everyone

You are now able to use PayPal to make credit-card a Visa Debit card payments for subs and credits. Users were able to always buy credits using this, but the subs link was broken.

We have fixed this broken link and you can now use your card on PayPal without needing to have a PayPal account, [in most countries] - to buy subscriptions.
