Now I'm curious as to who will have access to the family/union funds. Will it just be boss and consig or will brugs be able to pull out the money or will certain ranks have a set limit they are allowed to pull for gun cash and range? Such as, a solider can withdraw 1 billion and captain can take out 3 billion and underboss's can get 5 billion but only one withdraw an hour. How would that work?

You can withdraw what you put in, nothing will change...but if the bank itself got attacked then it will occur sometimes that there wont be enough funds to cover everyone's deposits

We did also plan, that the boss and consig has access to all cash but we are still checking all the coding complexities 0of that

I think he meant if he has put 100% of the amount in the Union bank and nobody else has contributed, can anyone lose it or will they have to attack him as he put all the money in the bank.

No. No human player gets attacked....You will attack the bank vault itself

If you are part of a union, will you have both Family and Union banking available... or just Union?

What is the purpose of removing the player bank if they are in a family or union? This option is not only for keeping cash safe, but also for range.

You will still have both family and union banks if your family is in a union

we dont want players to keep cash safe and bank up, as this just takes all the game cash out of play = we want players to use the family and union banks and protect the cash and keep their bank maxed-. please discuss further.

Shouldn't someone have to be able to kill me, if they want to touch my bank?

If someone is 0ed, then there union bank should be able to get hit, but if I have dus, I should be killed at least if they want to take my shit lol

Having cash on you vs in the family bank is a different thing

We are going to allow players to attack THE BANK, as it stands now, players can already attack other players so i think maybe you are overthinking, mike?

As johhny and few other asked how will unbanking work once the amount of cash added by specific player will add to union / family total and if bank get hit the amount of money available will be different. How the unbanking will work in that casses?

100 % bank up will slightly change the way bank ups are done by eor. This will favorite big unions or fam way more than small fams or looters only fams.

Would it be possible to hit specific fam bank on revenge if that fam hit your bank?

Unbanking is the same as it is now, everyone who put in will have to withdraw and send to one player if you wanted to distribute cash but there wont be any personal safe, so players will have to get maxed to be safe

revenge attacks on players dont allow cash to be stolen and there is no revenge attacks planned on bank vault hits

we also plan that bosses and consigs can withdraw all cash but we are just checking the coding complexities...

I dont understand, in June, you got to the conclusion the bank % needed a fix

It is hard to comment if it is a good or bad idea until the full rule sets are out. I have said before 1 rational rule will not break a game it is when 2 or 3 are stacked on top of each other when issues appear.

A few questions I do have though I'm assume a lot has not been set in stone yet:

1. What maxing system will be used to max the banks for in family/union members? I am assuming money will not be “won” from your own bank so seemingly the standard networth% maxing system is out? Will it be a straight 10 hit max, will it take the % you would have won, will it be the old 24+1 system ect

2. Will the in family/union maxing formula differ from rival hits? I could see the benefit of the old 24+1 system in a reduced ratio (12+1 or 8+1) being used within family/union maxing and say if 5 viable hits become open the bank becomes unmaxed and it is opened for public hits under the networth% maxing. Then when externally looted it resets to its fully maxed state internally so you have some layer of protection to your bank that has just been looted.

3. Will the maxing be stackable hour on hour or will it just be open? Depending on what maxing is used, if there is 1 hour until my bank becomes unmaxed am I able to hit it then to top it off or will I have to wait until it becomes unmaxed?

4. Will the bank being maxed or unmaxed and the last time it has been hit be publically displayed?

5. With the 100% deposit, will the union and family banks be uncoupled in what can be deposited in each? Eg I have 100mil in family I then get 50mil can I put that all in the union or will I have to top up the family? If I have 100mil could I choice to put half in one half in the other? Will it be a straight deposit all cash or a variable number that I can type in?

6. If the later can you not just have 1 bank which the family boss can toggle where the money is counted for?

Protege makes a good remark.
If this banking thing is in place supporters can build big and keep the cash on hand to keep it safe anyway. You will have to kill them first to get to the cash. This will make it really hard for smaller fams to get cash.

Also i like to be able to loot others than npc's. So not a fan of the 100%.

Hello Everyone

So I have been discussing with players and design team about the upgrades coming for banking and banks and i would like to get your feelings on it please, as we will start to build it soon.

Here is the recap and overview of what we want to do: Can you please just discuss it and i will read and try to further explain our reasons and motivations if I see something is not clear.

Here goes:

- Family and union bank’s have a 100% deposit and we will remove the personal safebox once you are in family or union
- The family or union bank will need maxing every 1 or 2/3/4/5 hours, according to the game rules set, and there is a 2 minute grace period AFTER TOH, [58:58] where any family member or union member can max it, and they don’t have to be in range
-After the 2 minutes-no-max, the family or union bank is open to attacks and normal range applies to any player outside of the family or union
- You can lose 5% of your family or union bank per attack
- You can only get 1% of bank cash per hit [+- 5/6 hits to max]
- Only money in family or union bank counts towards family or union ranks

Two whole minutes grace. WTF is everyone getting too old playing this game.

No but seriously here is my fault with the this set up. We still have lag at toh and this has to be fixed before we keep putting procedures and rules in that affect TOH game play.

Also people generally sleep for more then 5 hours at night. Not speaking for my union but when I visited a few others over the years there were crews that werent awake more then 3 hours in a day.

When is this likely to kick in?
I understand there have been some delays, probably due to this lag, but this was announced back in August, and billed as "Game Upgrades 2015".

There has been very small amounts of lag the last few rounds, if you are experiencing issues, I suggest you close down your other browser that is currently on pornhub.com, then you may find a faster game play.
