I'll make up for all the vacations missed when I retire...lol that way I can actually enjoy them and not have to worry about dragging my ass back to work when it's over..just go from one spot to the next to the next...be like wedding Crashers just with vacations

Gotta say Corolla Beach in North Carolina, U.S. loved it out there. Had to drive on the beach for like 5 or 6 miles and way out away from the city.

Over the last 45 years I've been to many places, But the most memorable place for me has to be a trip I took to Starvation Rock. ( aka Nfld.)
Back in the 70's. I was on the rock for 30 days. Only had to get a hotel for one night. ( The first night.) The people were really friendly.
Got invited to parties every night. Got invited to stay with people every night. Real nice place!

I think, Niagara Falls is the best and most memorable place I have ever visited in my life.Last edited by Fornax; 01-15-2020, 08:57 AM.

I love Japan.
I can't wait to go back.
I was there for three years. Many great long weekends were had.

It was not exactly a vacation but I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Japan. I was in Iwakuni and the people there are great, culture awesome. I am actually going on vacation to tokyo in a couple of months.
My favorite part is the food!

Probably either riviera maya in Mexico or Israel, memorable in different ways.
