Removing maxed players from attack list?

Here's just a suggestion. Is there anyway that
y'all can remove players who have been
maxed from the attack list? It gets to be a pain
when you're looting and going around to all
these players only to find out that theyre
maxed and can't do anything. Gives other looters a
chance to get at you while you're
wasting time looking for players who aren't maxed.
