I've noticed the past few rounds the 1st 2 days are fine and them it kicks in again not sure if this helps .

Please let me know if it happens again, we know what the cause is, the servers need to get synced with the network clock, and it also causes the "You can't perform this action this quickly, wait a second!"

We did do a chron-job [automated action on servers] to adjust it every few hours and if it happens again, we need to know please
