As staff have noted considerably as of late, collecting is one of the main aspects of the game they will be promoting. Although I can see the positives in this, it does beg the question: What's the point in warring? What exactly is to be achieved in a war? Nobody needs DUs to compete for ranks, all you need is ops. It's ultimately a collect off. If I get pissed off at a family and want to end their round, I can't. There's nothing for me to do but pump a silly amount of money into the game to build and collect. For me, that isn't fun. I want to be able to pay a modest fee (if any) and still be able to take out my anger on some family who rubs me the wrong way. So I ask you this... Is the game all about how much money we can pay? Is that what TMB has been reduced to? Or is it more than that and can free players still do something other than a daily log in to collect/build?

Why not bring back extort business? I am assuming 5,000 turn cost is disabling the option here
Then people have to have a balance of DUs and OPs. Maybe even have the OPs defend themselves or something so that they don't get steam rolled on after the DUs die. Not as effective of DUs but you won't have your 100k OPs killed by 100 bodyguards. Could also add a 'maxing' to the amount of OPs you can loose so that no one logs in to 0 OPs and 0 DUs

you can effect resolve if you are warring against the weak but ultimately you are correct it's a collect off in the end. We seen the alternative though where u could effect collector's rounds and we saw massive amount of people stop playing and/or just not building. You also seen a complete monopoly and dominance now i have to say it's competitive, which is positive.
changes are coming( i guess been hearing this for awhile now) that might help some.
I think dus should improve your collecting power more than it does now.

St_Leon : Collecting use to be a main part of the game . When the rules changed good Collectors and Looters left . Back in the old days you only killed Dus Let the target keep their Ops so your Looters could Take their cash Guns ect . It was much more fun and required more Skill then today . Now it is just kill without purpose , logic or skill . Its like drag racing , Redundant and the same thing over and over again, just another 5 min game . That's why Good players stopped playing .
