devil and blindrage.. activity wise they are up there. I don't see them yielding that high of numbers at resets though. that's when you see who the best looters are.

I am fairly new and haven't watched or seen too many looters to have a educated opinion but devil and meh are probably the two fastest I've watched I don't pay a huge amount of attention to what the other guys are doing but there is definitely a lot of looters around at the moment
