Query full error?

I'm trying to post a message to my family board, but I keep getting a page that says "query full, a bunch of letters numbers and symbols, then my message, and then a bunch of letters and symbols again". Why?

There have been about 5 threads started on this already. Just don't use apostraphes when posting on the board or sending messages. Should fix the problem. No idea what updates caused it or when it will be corrected.

Removed all the special characters from my message and it still won't post. But here's the message if somebody else other than staff can help me with my main issue.

Thats weird. In the "level 2" ranks, I'm #3, but on the "prizes" page, I'm not even in the top 10.... ??????

We are aware of this issue, if you do not use any punctuation you will not run into the issue.

The rest of your question has already been addressed on multiple threads.

As to the ranks issue, remember that a family can only place one member per tier, and a union only two.

The pages that show ranks within each level do not necessarily show prize ranks, just actual values.

My guess is that on the level page where you were #3, a family member was above you, or two members of your union, whichever is applicable.
